Apple is a company which needs no introduction today.Apple was founded in 1976 which 3 co founders started.Steve Jobs,Steve wozniak and Ronald Wayne were the founders but unfortunately Ronald Wayne left the company just after 12 days of the company start. Strange right?

Just like this,here are some interesting facts about apple which will leave you awestruck:

 

1.Apple first phone design was in the shape of an apple fruit: Apple originally patented a phone design which was a flip phone of an apple shape but it never made it to the market because of impracticality in implementation.

2.Every iphone advertisement has time 09:41 in it: The very first iphone launched by steve job was in 2007 and the time was 09:41 exactly because of that now every iphone advertisement has time set as 09:41 in it.

3.The first apple logo was featuring Sir Issac Newton in it: Staring but true, the first logo designed by Ronald wayne was featuring Sir Issac Newton sitting under an apple tree and an apple about to fall on their head. It also had a phrase written around the border saying “Newton…A mind forever voyaging through strange seas of thought…alone.”

4.Steve Jobs switched iphone multiple times during the first presentation due to bugs: The Iphone at that time had so many bugs in it like it was unable to play entire audio or video without  crashing. If you sent an email then surfed the web, it would work. Do that step in reverse and it's likely to crash. So all the tasks were planned to perform in a sequence to avoid crashing. Also iphones had only 128MB of memory because of which it was needed to restart the phone to free up RAM very often at this stage.So Jobs switched to second phone while first was being restarted and so on.

5.The Apple I computer went on sale at a price of US $666.66: The very first computer was sold for 666.66USD.This price was set because Steve Wozniak liked repeating digits. 

6.Apple name was chosen because Steve liked apples: The name of the company has no fascinating history. The name was given because the founder liked apples.

7.A macbook pro can stop bullets: Strange but true, a macbook pro can stop a .22 Cal and a 9mm handgun.

8. Apple was the only company to use objective-C: When apple bought NEXT, NEXT was using objective C at that time and apple had their own framework COCOA which combined with Objective-c was a great language. Later Apple came up with Swift which also supports almost Objective-C.

9. Apple launched a clothing line called “The apple collection” in 1986: Yes, Apple launched a clothing brand after Steve Jobs left Apple. It  featured sweatshirts, shirts, t-shirts, tracksuits, trucker hats and accessories including belts for men, women as well as kids. But later it was discontinued because of its failure.

10. NEXT was founded by Apple co-founder and CEO Steve Jobs: Due to a power struggle between the executives Steve jobs was expelled from Apple. After which he founded NEXT. Later Apple purchased NeXT in 1997 for $429 million and 1.5 million shares of Apple stock, and Jobs, the Chairman and CEO of NeXT, was given an advisory role at Apple.
